Social content, community growth, and lead generation for startups — human creatives plus governed AI agents. Agents compile the target lists and draft the outreach; a person approves every send. We grew our own healthcare products this way before offering it to anyone else. And if content looks AI-generated, it doesn't go out.
Process
How we work
- Strategy Session — $500, 60 minutes. A working session, not a sales call. Within 2 business days you get a written brief: what we'd build, what we wouldn't, and what it should cost. The $500 is credited in full toward any engagement.
- Fixed-scope sprint. A 2–3 week engagement with fixed deliverables, priced up front. No open-ended discovery billing.
- Build. We ship the system — with typed tool contracts, human approval gates on anything that sends or spends, append-only audit logs, and a test suite that makes the demo repeatable instead of lucky.
- Run. Ongoing retainer for teams that want us to keep evolving the system as models change. Because our builds are model-agnostic, model deprecations are a config change, not a rewrite.

A major streaming studio's TV production wardrobe department was breaking down scripts by hand. We built an AI harness that parses a screenplay in seconds, then generates wardrobe breakdowns, fabric-specified shopping briefs, continuity alerts, and even customs manifests from photos of packed cases.
The recruiting copilot that opens with what matters
A recruiting firm's day started with fifteen screens of forms. We built a conversational copilot that opens every morning with "3 candidates are stuck in first interview" — then drafts the chase emails and sends them only after one-click human approval.
